Electric Class Rule change

The first rule change was to include the Battery chemistry of Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMh)
The second rule change was done safety of all Ampba members, which made it mandatory to have a safety loop or switch on the out side of the hull, which there to disable the power to the motor and speed controller. For help with how or where to place the safety loop please use the forum.
