When you register use the following format
Username....... (Your full name, your AMPBA number if applicable) i.e. Joe Blow 999
Email.............. (A valid email address)
Location ......... (Town/City)

These items are required to register.

Registration update

If you register for the forum and your email is wrong, the user name that you use will be deleted, even if you are a legitimate user, as the forum registration process needs to email you so you can finish the activation of your account.

Also... send an email to the WebMaster (SUBJECT- AMPBA forum) after registering. We have thousands of bots that register on the site each week. It is difficult going through the lists looking for usernames that might be valid. That is why we ask the username is in a particular format - easier to pick out.
